Bug Description
#Kaffeine 0.8.6
#Kubuntu Hardy Heron
Problem:
Kaffeine fails to playback .mov files.
Description:
When Kaffeine is chosen to open a .mov file, the Kaffeine codec installer dialog appears and the progress bar goes to 100% with 'preparing' indicated above. However, when completed an error window appears stating:
"Codec package is already installed"
On clicking the OK button, the process repeats itself, even if the 'x' button is clicked on the error window.
How to reproduce:
Open a .mov file with Kaffeine.
Note: This problem occurs under both player engines: Kaffeine-xine and Kaffeine-gstreamer.
