Bug Description

Binary package hint: kaffeine

If my DVB connection glitches (I'm in a poor signal area) then the sound drops out in Kaffeine and it doesn't come back. I'd expect sound to return as soon as the signal returns. Video typically does just that. I believe this is a regression since gutsy. I'm using kaffeine-xine.

More detail: the sound drops out until I stop and restart the playback (very annoying when I'm watching sport!).

Is this still an issue for you? Which Ubuntu version do you use now?

I no longer have the DVB box so I can't retest. I'm using Raring Ringtail now.
