does not play audio for HD streams (DVB-S2), fixed by installing libxine1-plugins

kaffeine did not output audio for HD streams (from DVB-S2), audio output for other video was ok
this could be fixed by installing the package libxine1-plugins

shouldn't this be installed by default as a dependency (of kaffeine or of libxine1)?

currently libxine1 depends on either libxine1-plugins or libxine1-misc-plugins

on this system only libxine1-misc-plugins was installed (probably because it is no fresh installation but has been upgraded over a number of ubuntu releases)
