The program seem to run fine the first time but then seg faults after that

I see segfault from wizard and main program, happens as I try to read from DVD device (either as soon as I click 'open' or immediately if I call it from command line "k9copy --input /dev/sr0")

I've tried it on a fresh install in a vm as well as on Fedora 12 same problem

I'm going to roll my vm back to 9.04 just to make sure that didn't have any problem I wasn't seeing.

I'm also experiencing this problem on 9.10 Kubuntu 64bit. Worked fine under 9.04.

I forgot to add that k9copy worked after I upgraded from 9.04 to 9.10. It only stopped working when I did a fresh install of 9.10.

I confirm the bug in k9copy on a freshly installed karmic 64 bit.

However, k9copy assistant works fine!

It was crashing for me as well, but not after I got kubuntu-restricted-extras and libdvdcss2 (from Medibuntu) installed. Particularly, it was still crashing with kubuntu-restricted-extras, but when I installed libdvdcss2 (just installed, didn't run any script after) it started to work. I don't know the real reason though. Could anybody try as well, please?

Works for me too :)
Tried it on Ubuntu 9.10 32-bit and it works just fine now
