Comment 1 for bug 829511

This part is easy, consisting of adding libqtwebkit-dev to Build-Depends; it wasn't done yet because then k3b ran into libav porting problems. I sent a patch for that to Scott Kitterman last night for testing, and he's going to get back to me.
