k3b shouldn't depend on kcontrol and kicker

I'm running Ubuntu but I wanted k3b for cd burning. However, try to install it
also pulls in kcontrol and kicker. I can't imagine why kcontrol would be a
dependency, unless there is some obscure configuration duty regarding CDRs it
performs, but it doesn't appear to at all. And kicker definitely shouldn't be a
dependency, it's not related in anyway.

Output from apt-get:
