K3b requires cdrdao

Bug Description

After successfully installing k3b and dependencies using apt, k3b complains at
runtime about not having cdrdao. Recommend making cdrdao a dependencie of k3b.

k3b doesnt need cdrdao - only for disk at once..

Removed the complaining as of 0.12.1-1ubuntu2
