Broken dependencies in Breezy

In Breezy, k3b (and may be some other packages) depends on kdelibs4, but there are no
kdelibs4 package.

Deps need to be changed from kdelibs4 to kdelibs4c2 per bug #17905 and it
appears this is the case. Trying this locally to see if this resolves the k3b
and multiple other KDE Breezy changes.
