Bug Description

Hi,

I was using an external USB bluray burner with k3b under Ubuntu 11.04 and 11.10. Although it always failed to completely finish the disk and issued an error message just before the very last step, the resulting bluray disks were already readable and seem to have been finished correctly.

However, since upgrading to 12.04, k3b aborts with an error just aber beginning to finish the session, and the resulting blurays remain in an open session state, thus not being readable (= don't work).

regards
