Missing Startup Menu Items [Lubuntu 21.04 daily]

There is no menu item for installed Jupyter-console under "Programming" or under "Accessories".

Similarly, installed GNU PSPP only has a menu item under "Other" but not also under "Education".

Finally, installed R (statistical software) only has a menu item under "Graphics", but not also under "Education".
