Bug Description
Hi,
I would like to "port" juju-mongo-tools3.2 to debian/buster.
I run into a problem connected to ssl version, I guess.
To my understanding debian is moving from ssl 1.02 to 1.1.1 version.
Now libssl-dev package refers to latest version 1.1.1.
Would it be possible to prepare this migration for juju-mongo-
