jspwiki installs a number of files under .../tomcat5.5/... and thus does not run with tomcat6

Binary package hint: jspwiki

but jspwiki does not depend on tomcat5.5

It is broken. Further, the policy file /etc/tomcat5.5/policy.d/05jspwiki.policy points to several files in the tomcat5.5 tree

I tried to use the installed 5.5 config for 6, but it is not the only problem.

In the /usr/share/jspwiki/WEB-INF/lib directory there are a number of links that point to jar files that aren't installed.

jabsorb.jar is one example.

Also, the install failed with an error code

Errors were encountered while processing:
 jspwiki
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Also the automatic error reported failed to open firefox...
