jspwiki installs a number of files under .../tomcat5.5/... and thus does not run with tomcat6

It is broken. Further, the policy file /etc/tomcat5.
I tried to use the installed 5.5 config for 6, but it is not the only problem.
In the /usr/share/ jspwiki/ WEB-INF/ lib directory there are a number of links that point to jar files that aren't installed.
jabsorb.jar is one example.
Also, the install failed with an error code
Errors were encountered while processing:
jspwiki
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Also the automatic error reported failed to open firefox...
