FTBFS due to missing libjzlib-java dependency in debian/control @ https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jruby/1.7.21-2ubuntu2/+build/7849873

[main] ERROR org.apache.maven.cli.MavenCli - Failed to execute goal on project jruby-core: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.jruby:jruby-core:jar:1.7.21: Cannot access central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2) in offline mode and the artifact com.jcraft:jzlib:jar:debian has not been downloaded from it before. -> [Help 1]

This was applied! Thanks for the patch! Of course, jruby is ftbfs now because of its test suite. But this patch did its work. :)
