After upgrade to 15.04, no languages, synthesizers, or voices are visble to select in Jovie

Jovie does not work. No voices, languages, or synthesizers are visible when adding or editing an existing talker.

My existing talkers show the information in the list view, but the edit page is empty.

Jovie does not work.
