[oneiric] Error when enabling fglrx: "SystemError: E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages."

Bug Description
Jockey finds correctly that proprietary fglrx driver is available for installation but when clicking the Enable button, it ends with the following error message:
SystemError: E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The same thing happened to me when I was trying to enable NVIDIA drivers on Oneiric, August 20 daily build.
