installing restricted drivers fails to load

Bug Description
clean install of maverick beta
on first boot when i pull up jockey it says i have 2 broadcom drivers to install so i hit activate on the first
broadcom b43 wireless driver
i get the message that jockey failed
refer to /var/log/jockey
this is in dmesg
