jockey tells a driver is not being in use when it actually is

Bug Description
After enabling the -current nvidia driver, rebooting and having it working, jockey keeps telling me that it is not in use (see screen shot).
I'm also attaching the output of:
LANGUAGE=C jockey-gtk --list 2>&1 | tee /tmp/jockey.txt
