Bug Description
I installed the lucid daily image.
I booted it up and installed the Nvidia 'version current' driver.
I rebooted.
Jockey came up automatically after scanning for drivers, and says "No proprietary drivers are in use on this system", while at the same time showing the current version of the nvidia driver as installed. Not only that, but I know that I am running the driver because desktop effects work.
I'm attaching a screenshot.
I have looked at bug 320689, but the problem turned out to be that nvidia-common wasn't installed.
However,
"apt-cache policy nvidia-common
nvidia-common:
Installed: 0.2.19
Candidate: 0.2.19
Version table:
*** 0.2.19 0
500 http://
100 /var/lib/
So I do have nvidia-common installed.

This happens every time I open jockey, at least on this boot up.
