[9.04] Hardware assistent won't notify me of nvidia drivers on install

Bug Description

After installing 9.04, the new Hwarware Assistent wont notify me of closed source nvidia drivers anymore, as it did in 8.10

yes, had to launch "hardware drivers" manually, which is not a big deal when you know you have the option, but if you dont know you get a suboptimal experience
