jockey doesn't list fglrx

Bug Description

jockey doesn't show fglrx restricted driver for my ati mobility radeon x1400
kubuntu kde4 hardy daily-live image april 3

(maybe unrelated to this but installing xorg-driver-fglrx and running aticonfig --initial makes the screen all blurry and the mouse cursor a big rectangle, so basically unusable, dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg -phigh restores everything)

fixed with recent update
thanks

however activating the driver shows "Not loading fglrx module; not used in /etc/X11/xorg.conf
WARNING: /sys/module/fglrx/drivers does not exist, cannot rebind fglrx driver" in terminal

still not displaying graphics card in jockey on RC live cd
installed the RC and then it did alert me about the proprietary driver and installed it succesfully

I don't know whether it's supposed to be shown or not on the live CD
