Bug Description
*** Platform ***
Xubuntu Hardy 8.04 (Alpha 3)
*** Problem ***
When clicking on the "Help" butting in the GUI nothing happens and I get a pop-up that (X)Ubuntu detected a crash report in the upper right corner.
*** Reproduction ***
1. Terminal command: "sudo apt-get install restricted-manager"
Terminal output:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Note, selecting jockey-gtk instead of restricted-manager
[...]
Installing going without any errors.
2. Opening the manager via xfce4-popup-menu: Applications -> System -> Driver Setup
3. Click on the help button.
4. Note that nothing happens.

Indeed. yelp is not available for xubuntu, and it isn't (and shouldn't be) a dependency either.
The help button should not be displayed if help is not available, that needs to be fixed upstream.
