Unable to launch jobs-admin

Bug Description

The program wont start after launching, the following information is reported:

$ jobs-admin
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/jobs-admin", line 25, in <module>
    from dbus.mainloop.glib import DBusGMainLoop
ImportError: No module named dbus.mainloop.glib

Package version:

$ sudo apt-cache policy jobs-admin
jobs-admin:
  Installed: 0.8.0-0ubuntu4
  Candidate: 0.8.0-0ubuntu4
  Version table:
 *** 0.8.0-0ubuntu4 500
        500 http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial/universe amd64 Packages

Same happens when running jobservice:

$ jobservice
Traceback (most recent call last):

Anyway some errors still subside (this package has to be better checked for dependcies, I gues...)

@ggallozz, this project has been unmaintained for about 7 years -- it's going to need a lot of work to make it compatible with today's init systems. At this point I'd be surprised if there wasn't something much better around for systemd.

I'm surprised these packages have survived in the repositories this long -- they can (and should) be removed.
