jmeters: multichannel audio level meter

A jmeters is multichannel audio level meter
 for Jack Audio Connection Kit.
It uses the same pixmaps as meterbridge.
The main difference to meterbridge is that jmeters has the
correct ballistics for both the VU and the PPM.
