[remove] Please remove jmagick from archives

Bug Description

There seems to be no purpose in having this source package in the archives.
It has consistently failed to build since dapper:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/jmagick/+builds?build_state=all

So there never have been any binaries available.

Note as well that there is a proposal for this package to be orphaned in Debian:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=429794

I have fixed this package to build so it doesn't necessarily need to be removed. Uploaded changes to Gutsy.
