  * Merge from debian testing.  Remaining changes:
  * debian/control, debian/rules, debian/patches/*
    - Convert old Ubuntu specific dpatch patch to quilt. Add meta info in DEP-3
      format. Update mirror list with most uptodate mirrors from official list.
      Change from dpatch build dependency to quilt.
