hdfview dependencies are wrong: requires non-headless jre

Bug Description

On a clean install of Maverick Alpha 3, installing the hdfview package will not result in a usable hdfview. The only java dependency hdfview has appears to be from the libjgraph-java package, which in turn depends on default-jre-headless or java-runtime-headless. Both of these are headless, and thus don't have the required libraries to actually run hdfview.
