Jftp depends on openjdk-jre, it should rather depend on any jre

Bug Description
I have sun jdk and jre already installed. When I removed openjdk packages, jftp was removed as well. It should have not been removed since I have a java runtime installed on my system.
Similar problem is noticed with some other packages too which need jre or jdk
