Bug Description

jekyll version 3.8.6+dfsg-3 has a regression in all architectures triggered by ruby-defaults/1:2.7~0. Some test dependencies are not satisfiable.

autopkgtest log on amd64 as an example:

The missing node dependencies were already uploaded to Focal and jekyll's dep8 tests are passing.
