dash option not searchable in man page

Bug Description

Search for dashed-options in the jdupes man page does not work, e.g. /-M returns "pattern not found" when it's clearly there. This seems to be a problem specific to the jdupes (and fdupes) man page, i.e. searching with dashes work in other manpages.
