Bug Description
By default, we do not have JAVA_HOME set. This is a bit annoying, as it requires an extra step when deploying and installing Java software that depends on locating the JRE through the JAVA_HOME environment variable, such as the EC2 tools, for example.
I just noticed in Jaunty that we now have a soft link /usr/lib/

I do agree, this is quite annoying. This is still present in Karmic. This should be easy to fix.
