Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Package from Ubuntu has been forwarded to Debian.

 java-access-bridge (1.26.2-3) unstable; urgency=low

   * libaccess-bridge-java: Depend on -jre, not -jre-headless.
