It seems that the libjack-jackd2-0 package is marked as conflicting with itself, which seems to break the ability of aptitude to install anything that depends on that package:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libjack-jackd2-0: Conflicts: libjack-jackd2-0 but 1.9.7~dfsg-1ubuntu1 is to be installed.

Not sure what's going on here, but although I received the same error as you with aptitude, I received no errors when I installed via "apt-get install flashplugin-installer".

I have the same bug. I wonder if it has anything to do with i386 and amd64 stuff?

This happens because

ubuntu-desktop:amd64 Depends pulseaudio:amd64 Depends libasound2-plugins:amd64 Depends libjack-jackd2-0:amd64

flashplugin-installer:amd64 Depends flashplugin-downloader:i386 Recommends libasound2-plugins:i386 Depends libjack-jackd2-0:i386

and libjack-jackd2-0 has not been converted to Multi-Arch: same yet, so libjack-jackd2-0:amd64 automatically conflicts libjack-jackd2-0:i386.

Well, since libasound2-plugins:i386 is only a recommendation, you can ignore it:

aptitude install flashplugin-installer libasound2-plugins:i386:
