Jack package is not currently in Main repository which prevents many Main audio servers from integrating with it

Bug Description

Jack should be put into the Main repository so that other sound servers in Ubuntu can integrate with it.

Matthias, nope, Bug #416778 is still not fixed. It's in the process of getting fixed (and will likely be fixed early in the Lucid Lynx 10.04 cycle - just speculating). It's also way too late for this bug to get fixed for the Karmic cycle.

urgh... this sucks, I was wondering why some apps wouldn't work with jack and why pulse couldn't talk to jack. This isa big problem for audio production
