iw ships no documentation

Binary package hint: iw

iw ships without documentation of any kind. The only documentation is online at http://wireless.kernel.org, which is useless for a user who is currently offline due to lack of knowledge of how to use the iw command.

At the very least, the online document should be shipped in /usr/share/doc/iw
