Bug Description
Hi,
are in possession of the x201 notebook with the wireless card "Intel (R) Centrino (R) Advanced-N 6200 AGN, REV = 0x74" after upgrading to xubuntu 16.10 I observed a slowdown in wireless connection. After several attempts and drivers checked:

and verified the /etc/modprobe.
options iwlwifi swcrypto=1 11n_disable=8 bt_coex_active=0 led_mode=1
without getting any improvement, reading on the internet I saw that the problem could be the frequencies of the wireless card, in fact across power of the NB I note:
$ sudo iw reg get
country DE: DFS-ETSI
(2400 - 2483 @ 40), (N/A, 20), (N/A)
(5150 - 5250 @ 80), (N/A, 20), (N/A), NO-OUTDOOR
(5250 - 5350 @ 80), (N/A, 20), (0 ms), NO-OUTDOOR, DFS
(5470 - 5725 @ 160), (N/A, 26), (0 ms), DFS
(57000 - 66000 @ 2160), (N/A, 40), (N/A)
then run:
$ sudo iw reg set IT
$ sudo iw reg get
country 98: DFS-ETSI
(2402 - 2482 @ 40), (N/A, 20), (N/A)
(5170 - 5250 @ 80), (N/A, 20), (N/A), NO-OUTDOOR
(5250 - 5330 @ 80), (N/A, 20), (0 ms), NO-OUTDOOR, DFS

(57000 - 66000 @ 2160), (N/A, 40), (N/A)
after the command of "iw reg set IT" connect regains velocity having before upgrading to 16.10.
At this point I changed the line "REGDOMAIN = IT" in /etc/default/cdra, but on reboot everything went back to the German frequencies DE. To solve I added temporarily in /etc/rc.local "iw reg set IT".
Please could you fix it? Thank you
