Bug Description

In a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04 the above mentioned Realtek WiFi adapter works flawlessly. But after upgrading 12.04 to the new hardware support or installing a fresh copy of Ubuntu 14.04, it doesn't work very well. It suffers from random loss of packages and loss of signal strength. Maybe there's a new driver involved, which doesn't work as well as the old one.
