Please merge 1.4.3+dfsg-2 into plucky

The upstream version 1.4.3+dfsg-2 should be merged into plucky. The current version is 1.4.2+dfsg-2ubuntu2.

ivar fails to build on ppc64el, s390x, and armhf on Ubuntu already.
