istanbul fails to work correctly when using sound

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

1) I use the Ubuntu 7.10 (gutsy)
2) Istanbul 0.2.2-1
3) I need to record the desktop area and record my voice to make a video clip of different software.
4) Wend I put the istanbul software to record sound don't finish to record video, put a icon of hard disk in the notification area and don't finish to rec the video. Wend I use without sound option the software show my the window for save the video and work ok.
