Bug Description

Whenever launching Epiphany (which uses ispell for spell checking forms), I get the following message via stderr:

Illegal format hash table /usr/lib/ispell/american.hash - expected magic2 0x9602, got 0x0

This seems to indicate an incorrectly compiled American English dictionary for ispell.
