Bug Description
This package currently FTBFS on Ubuntu Vivid. See [1] for full log, relevant part:
I: pybuild base:170: python3.4 setup.py test
running test
Searching for pies>=2.6.0
Reading https:/
Download error on https:/
Couldn't find index page for 'pies' (maybe misspelled?)
Scanning index of all packages (this may take a while)
Reading https:/
Download error on https:/
No local packages or download links found for pies>=2.6.0
error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.
E: pybuild pybuild:256: test: plugin distutils failed with: exit code=1: python3.4 setup.py test
dh_auto_test: pybuild --test -i python{version} -p 3.4 --dir . returned exit code 13
debian/rules:5: recipe for target 'build' failed
make: *** [build] Error 13
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2
I was able to reproduce this in a Vivid pbuilder, but curiously enough not in a sid pbuilder [2]. So for whatever reason it seems to be working on Debian, but not Ubuntu.

[2] Note that the Vivid pbuilder environment was running on Vivid, while the sid pbuilder environment was running on sid, so potentially affected by any differences in the stack.

Not sure what has changed here, but I see that the package built successfully and is included in Ubuntu 15.04. I was also able to build it locally. Closing.
