Script capiutils won't initialize with kernel 3.0, because capifs is removed

capifs was removed on 2011-04-06 from the linux kernel.
capiutils now doesn't start anymore and doesn't initialize isdn hardware.

I removed mounting of capiutils script - it still complains somewhere about missing capifs, but capi applications now do start working.

As a user of the "capiutils" package I can confirm that by modifying /etc/init.d/capiutils to NOT try to (u)mountcapifs (like in the attached version above) the partly installed package can be fully configured (dpkg --configure capiutils) and will indeed provide the expeted functionality (eg. use an old AVM fritzcard to send and receive faxes).

I can still reproduce the issue on precise. Also, I have not found any relevant commits in the bazaar repository.

Did the fix get lost somewhere?

I have successfully built a package with the attached patch.

Could someone please re-open this bug?
