Bug Description
The iscsitarget ADT test fails on Xenial with the HWE kernel (4.10) because the dmks package doesn't get built for this kernel.
Error message:

Error! The dkms.conf for this module includes a BUILD_EXCLUSIVE directive which
does not match this kernel/arch. This indicates that it should not be built.

I'm not sure yet if the same issue happens with other architectures, the ADT tests have been run on lxd so they are not being built against our SRU kernels.
