Bug Description

This is a clean 11.04 install, no upgrade.

What's the proper fix here?
Create the /var/lib/dhcp3 directory? Or, have it create the leases file in /var/lib/dhcp?
The latter directory does exist and contains an empty "dhclient.leases" file. No idea where that came from.

May be a dupe of Bug #799136. Does the following command fix this issue for you?

sudo dpkg-divert --local --divert /sbin/dhclient3.renamed --rename /sbin/dhclient3
