Apparmor blocks access to files required for ipv6 dhcp

Bug Description

I had to add the following entries to my apparmor in order to use the dhcp server with the -6 option

 /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd6.leases rwl,
 @{PROC}/[0-9]*/net/if_inet6 r,

I believe the above entries should be included in the stock /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.dhcpd
Users who wish to add this manually to their installations could add it that file, or to /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.dhcpd depending on whether they consider this change to be a "bug fix" or a "site local modification".
