The apparmor rules for /sbin/dhclient are missing an entry for wicd's dhclient.conf file, see the log bellow:

audit: type=1400 audit(1499962030.711:50): apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" profile="/sbin/dhclient" name="/var/lib/wicd/dhclient.conf" pid=16339 comm="dhclient" requested_mask="r" denied_mask="r" fsuid=0 ouid=0

Expected result
===============
/sbin/dhclient should be allowed to read from /var/lib/wicd/dhclient.conf

The wicd package has been removed in Ubuntu 20.04 LTS "Focal Fossa". So I am closing this bug as Invalid.
