Please merge irssi 0.8.17-1 (main) from Debian testing (main)

The debdiff between the old Ubuntu packaging and the new Ubuntu packaging is enormous:

Hmm, looks like building the package using dpkg-buildpackage drops those there; they're something to do with CPAN.

Attached is a debdiff with them removed; I've checked and they aren't included in the built deb in either the old or new Ubuntu packages.
