ircp-tray crashes when receiving a file

Obvious programming error in app.c.
A patch is attached.
The problem already seems to be fixed in current development versions.

There are also a lot of sprintf's that can break depending on the length of a translated string. This issue also seems to be fixed in trunk.

This is fixed in the 0.7.5 release. 0.7.5.1 relese is available and recommended.
