iptraf crashes with all functions.
I am unable to use the software at all.

Recently iptraf began to crash when any monitoring started.
I've captured strace output (due to ncurses tui, console output contains no useful information).
Interesting entries are:

With the removal of iptraf from Debian unstable it's also been dropped from Zesty. Closing all iptraf bugs in Ubuntu as wontfix. As such, fixes in earlier releases are unlikely and it's best to move on to iptraf-ng.

It would be great to see if iptraf-ng is affected by this problem as well. If so, us the "also affects distribution/package" button to add iptraf-ng to the list of affected packages in Ubuntu. Thank you for your testing.
