Bug Description

Binary package hint: iptables

iptables -p icmp -h seems to be broken in 1.3.5.0debian1-1ubuntu1.
Also executing "/sbin/iptables -A Drop -p icmp --icmp-type fragmentation-needed -j ACCEPT" failes which has led me to the problem. The above command is part of the shorewall macros and is executed while starting shorewall.
