TPROXY error 110 "Connection timed out" on specific sites

There are many known websites which does not open when using tproxy feature with error 110 "Connection timed out" . first i thought this is squid problem and created two separate threads at

but after investigating found this is TPROXY problem .

Here is the tcpdump when i use tproxy and the problem appears
